MEMOIRS

There are many definitions for Wabi Sabi, but for us, the most reasonable description says that it is a beauty which is imperfect, impermanent and incomplete. Our Impermanence story is an introduction in the Wabi-Sabi aesthetic. And we have to admit it was one of the most inspiring stories, but it was also one of the hardest that we have ever designed for. We played with vintage textured paper, with old Japanese book covers and antique illustrations to create an imperfect collection.

Mindthegap is an eclectic brand that designs and manufactures high quality textured to metallic and even embroidered wallpapers of quirky designs that are clearly outside the box. Created in Transylvania, each wallpaper is a bold aesthetic expression featuring the unseen and undiscovered. The artists play with old photography, antique illustrations, vintage drawings and contemporary patterns in creating intriguing combinations.

Curated specifically to accentuate homes with taste and sophistication, these enchanting wallpapers are for the discerning and free-spirited homeowner.
